What a great company focusing on customer service. One of there strong
points was the friendly personnel that answers the phone, helping direct us
to the Right department. And we can't say enough aboutthe helpful parts
department. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, kind, and very concerned
with our feelings about our 2017 Keystone Alpine 5th wheel. The service
department put our minds at ease when it came to the warranty work that we
needed done. That was quite a change, and different from our experience
from another Keystone dealer up north off I-5. Again we can't thank them

Just to let you know how much we are enjoying our trip and the Nash 24 M. We thought it would be a 6 week trip from Medford to Virginia and back but here we are Nov 1st in Texas (heading west)! Still lots of family to visit. Trailer has been perfect and tows just fine with our Ford F 150. Thanks again for your help!

Allison is the type of lady that I would have noticed working for another company, but wished she worked for my company. Why? Because it is an art form to treat a customer in a "chitchat" friendly way and still get the job done in a timely manner. Most workers lose control at a certain point.I have had residential rentals, commercial properties and the hardest job I had was to hire a manger that treated my tenants as customers. I think Allison would have been a perfect fit.

Some weeks ago I brought my 1997 Sunny Brook travel trailer into the Triple A facility to have a handicap commode riser installed and a water leak repaired. Both were accomplished with great dispatch and timeliness. The labor charge was very reasonable and I was a happy camper. When I returned to pick-up the trailer; you personally took the time to show me the origin of the water leak and helped me reattach the trailer to the tow vehicle.During the course of our conversation we also talked about the possibility of having a battery cut off switch installed and after your explanation and discussion, I opted to simply disconnect one main battery cable during future trailer storage in periods. At this point I'm becoming very impressed with this 'Barney' fellow who I thought was a service writer (and he did not push me to buy an upgrade that was unnecessary).The more I thought about the experience the more impressed I became and a week or two later, I drove by Triple A with the intention of thanking 'Barney' in person for his expertise and service. The individual at the Service Desk told me Barney was not there at the moment and offered a business card with Barney's contact information so that I could contact him later. I stuck the card in my pocket with great intentions to communicate soon! Then I was confronted with a spate of clergy duties, some preplanned travels, camping with the newly non-leaking trailer and some unplanned 'Honey do's. Seems the old wag who suggested that the road to the bad place was paved with good intentions was spot on with his wisdom.Then today, I relocated the Business card and much to my embarrassment, reading the small print on the card realized the truth, that I'd not been dealing with a good service writer but the co-owner of Triple A! So with profound thanks and more than a little embarrassment I wish to covey my thanks and appreciation. Looking forward to our future interaction!

As full time RVers, my wife and I have had several occasions to visit RV shops for maintenance and/or repair. Most dealers have been good, some we would not return to on a bet, and occasionally, we find some, such as Triple A that we classify as exceptional. From the time we walked in the door, we were treated like long-term repeat customers. Travis was our service advisor, and he immediately understood our problem with a leaky grey tank, and was able to fit us in for a repair even though you had a full schedule. Jarad was our service tech, and we were extremely happy with both him personally and his work. Your service department is awesome. I was stuck in Grants Pass the brakes on my new trailer had locked up and I Needed all 4 new brakes. Travis was the first person to assist me and managed to fit our trailer in. After first only needing bearings then it changed after further inspection my husband was going to try and make it back to CA without brakes. I finally convinced him we needed to fix the brakes. I called Ryan back on Friday morning and he checked and told me they could do them for me on Saturday morning and would try to get them done by 1:00. The work was done by 1:00 and we were able to head home. Ryan was very professional, understanding and I feel went above and beyond to get us back on the road. If your entire store is this way you get A+ for customer service. Thank you!

I live in Vancouver, British Columbia and recently purchased a very hard to find 2008 25 foot Bigfoot Trailer from Triple A. Triple A employees made this somewhat complicated out of country purchase an absolute pleasure. This was truly a 10 out of 10 experience for us. I would especially like to commend Steve Patterson who did everything conceivable to assist us in this purchase and was a real treat to deal with. Likewise I would like to pass on our appreciation to Don Stokes, who did a brilliant of familiarizing us with our new trailer, and Stewart Frantz who handled the challenging equalizer hitch installation, which involved cutting out a fiberglass cowling on the front of the trailer. RV buying experience...Dan,Thank you so much for all your help. You made choosing the perfect RV a very pleasant experience for us. Zero pressure, was very interested in our needs ,and above all very patient with us. We are sure we made the right choice, and love the new Trailer.We would also like to thank, Don for the life of me I can't remember the Service Manager's name (Ben), for how they explained the buying procedure, and all the help from the service department explaining to us how everything worked. We left Triple A RV with everything we needed. The trip from Medford to Grants Pass got us used to how it would handle. It handled perfect. When we got to Grants Pass we missed the exit to the Burger King and had to make a series of off highway turns, through a parking lot or two, and finally managed to park in the back of Burger king. Our first photo op, and our first of many trial by fire RV towing experiences. Ha Ha.Highway 199 was a breeze, as was Hwy 101 through the real twisty narrow roads. WOW!Dear Barney,As you are well aware, we recently traded in our Everest 5th wheel on the purchase of a 2012 Winnebago Motor Home. While I think I mentioned to you that I would rather have a root canal than negotiate a trade in and purchase, Kandee and I want to let you know what a very pleasant experience it was working with you and the entire Triple A RV staff.Your easy going, non-pushy manner put us at ease right from the beginning and set the tone for the entire process. You won Kandee's heart with the way you responded to your grandson. We take our role as grandparents seriously and with a lot of pride; obviously you and Tami do as well. Your son-in-law Ben continues to be very helpful in directing us to a suitable vehicle to tow behind the Winnebago. Service!We stopped in at your dealership with our trailer that we had just recently purchased used here in California. Our water would not pump and we were not sure why. Ben in service was very helpful and told us where the water pump was. When we still couldn't figure it out, he got a technician (don't remember his name) to come out and take a look. They fixed it in about 2 minutes flat (it was a calcium deposit).We are so very grateful, they saved our trip and many hours of frustration. Thank you very much. RV Sales and Service...I recently bought my 4th RV from your store. As I had learned to expect, the service was excellent! My sales person, Sal was helpful, NOT pushy and did all he could to get me the RV I wanted. Then, once again, Jeff your Finance person was most helpful. As usual, the gentleman who showed us the ins and outs fo our new (used) Prowler, was extremely helpful. I have been a customer of your company for approximately 10 years - or more. I have always been pleased with the service provided by your personnel. My latest visit, approximately 3 weeks ago, was very satisfactory. Chuck, in your service department, did a professional job.
I want to single out one person who has been very helpful to me in my several visits to your company. Stewart Frantz is a very personable, pleasant, dedicated employee who always helps me when connecting my trailer to my truck while I am preparing to leave. Case in point: during my latest visit, I was backing my truck up to connect my truck to and trailer. Stewart jogged over from the repair shop and assisted me without my asking him to do so. He was helpful and provided some tips on how to care for my trailer. I know that part of his job is to be of assistance to folks like me when we are preparing to leave with our trailer. Still - his pleasant personality is natural with Stewart. He is a good guy and is an asset to your company.
